Ms. Scarpino-Stoutenburg currently performs and teaches throughout the central New York area.
"We couldn't have imagined a better musical professional to work with throughout the wedding planning process. Grace kept in constant communication, responding to emails within hours of our having written them and was very reassuring. The day of our wedding we had multiple guests comment on how beautifully Grace played and how unique it was to have a harpist at our ceremony. During our readings, Grace played the music we had chosen at the perfect volume, highlighting the words without overpowering them. She has a true talent and we find ourselves looking forward to the next big event where we may be call upon Grace again to share her gift.”

"It was such a pleasure working with Grace and her harp for my daughter's wedding. Grace's repertoire is of great length and beauty. I listened to all of Grace's music from her website. The music we chose from Grace's repertoire was beautiful and fit perfect with the theme my daughter was going for, romantic and elegant. We choose to not go with the traditional wedding march, since our daughter wanted an outdoor wedding. Grace helped us find the perfect music. What a special gift Grace has been blessed with, such beautiful music she makes with her harp. Grace, her harp and her music were the perfect fit for our daughter's beautiful day."

"Grace visited two of our Little Voices Music and Motion classes last spring as part of our Visiting Musicians Program. It was wonderful to have her join us. She brought one of her small harps and sat right down on the floor with us. When she began to play, she enchanted not only the children, but their parents as well. She plays so beautifully. Every child in the room started making their way toward her, wanting to get closer to see just what and who was making the ethereal sound. There were children ranging in age from six months to four years old and she met them all at their own level, helping them to explore the instrument in their own way.
Grace has a lovely and gentle way with children, yet she is clear and precise in her instruction and interaction with them. I am delighted to recommend her to parents for individual private instruction for their children."

"We had the pleasure of working with Grace at our church this Christmas season. She accompanied our women's group on an Advent piece and performed a beautiful solo as well. I can't say too much about what a joy it was for our group to perform with her and to get to know her! Her superb musicianship, professional attitude, and delightful personality guarantee her success in the music world."
